Privacy policy

What we collect
Details you give us: name, email, mobile number with country code, and the financial information and documents you choose to share (for example income, loans, GST returns, bank statements or credit reports). Conversations with KIRA. Technical data needed to run and secure the service (time of request and a temporary network identifier used only for rate limiting and blocking attacks). With your permission, an anonymous count of pages visited — no cookie and nothing that identifies you.
Why we use it
To give you the assessment, report, recommendation or product you asked for; to contact you about it; to prepare applications with lenders, insurers or partners you choose; to keep the service secure; and to improve our methods. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
Only with your consent and only what is needed: lenders, insurers, credit bureaus or account aggregators you ask us to approach, and the cloud providers that host our systems under contract. We disclose information to authorities only where Indian law requires it.
How we protect it
Records are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored and can be read only through BISFIOPS's own owner portal. All traffic uses HTTPS. Access is limited, logged, rate-limited and tested against attacks every few hours.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 365 days after your last activity unless a law requires longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to ceo.nair2024@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
